Launch of the 2025-2026 parent representative elections
Dear parents,
We are pleased to announce the launch of the election process for parent representatives for the 2025-2026 school year.
Representatives play an essential role in the life of our establishment. They participate in FIS bodies and in the decisions taken there, and actively contribute to a quality dialogue within our school community.
A big thank you to the parents elected for the 2024-2025 year for their commitment and their precious contributions.
In order to comply with the recommendations of the AEFE and to better represent all the members of our community, the composition of the bodies has been slightly adapted.
For this school year, 9 seats are to be filled, distributed as follows:

Candidacy procedures:
- For each seat, we invite you to submit a joint application: a full candidate presents himself/herself associated with at least one substitute candidate.
- All FIS parents are eligible and voters under the following conditions:
- Parents are only eligible if their children are enrolled for the entire school year.
- Each family only votes once for each of the colleges to which they belong.
How to apply? Volunteer parents are invited to send their joint application by e-mail to the Head of School's secretariat at [email protected] before Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 8 a.m.
Electoral calendar:
- 05 Sept. 2025: Launch of the call for applications
- 11 Sept. 2025 (8am): Deadline for submitting applications
- 15 Sept. 2025: Publication of the lists of candidates
- 15-18 Sept. 2025: Online voting period
- 22 Sept. 2025: Proclamation of the results
Note: If the number of validated applications is equal to or less than the number of seats to be filled, the candidates will be declared elected without organizing a ballot.
