This year, and for the first time across all grade levels from CP (1st grade) to CM2 (5th grade), national assessments are being introduced. This is an institutional initiative mandated by the French Ministry of National Education.

The aim is to assess the level of mastery of fundamental skills acquired in previous years.

The analysis of the results of these assessments has three objectives:

1. Detailed analysis of student progress at the beginning of the year

Indeed, these national assessments allow us to highlight weaknesses for certain students. Support will be provided, and parents will meet with teachers to discuss the assistance that will be offered.

For students whose assessments show a solid grasp of the foundational skills necessary for learning, parents will receive a summary sheet for information purposes.

These assessments are not performance tests but are intended to enhance vigilance and prevent academic difficulties.

2- The introduction of team reflection

The analysis focuses more precisely on areas of concern by cycle to determine the areas of focus for the year.

3- A comprehensive analysis of the school's profile, encompassing all campuses.

The synthesis of the results allows us to collect data and observe the evolution of student cohorts throughout their primary schooling.
