DESCRIPTION:What is the AGM?\nThe Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the main event of the school year for our debenture holders. It is a gathering where the school leadership provides updates on the school's performance\, financial status and future plans. It also offers debenture holders the opportunity to ask questions and participate in important decisions regarding the school's governance. \nImportance of Participation \nAs a debenture holder\, you will be asked to vote to elect the Board of Directors of the School for the coming year. Your vote is important and your involvement is essential for the continued success and good governance of the school.\n\n\n\n\nAGM Information\nDate: Thursday\, May 15th\, 2025\nTime: 6:30 PM (Hong Kong Time)\nLocation: Hybrid (Online & TKO Auditorium) - Voting conducted through an online platform \nInformation will you receive by attending\n\nBudget\nSummary of Main Projects from 2024-2025\nNew projects for 2025-2026\nUpdate from Board on Long term planning for the school\nIntroduction message from the New Head of School (HOS)\n\nHow do I vote?\nYou will be provided with login credentials from the service provider that we use for the online meeting format. These will be provided in advance of the meeting to your registered debenture holder email address. Votes are conducted through the online platform and you must be logged in with your credentials to vote. \nCan I attend in person or online?\nYou can choose either to attend in person at our TKO Campus or online. \nWhat is quorum / why is it important / what counts as quorum?\nQuorum refers to the minimum number of debenture holders required to be present (either in person or virtually\, as specified in the AGM notice) for the meeting to be valid and for any resolutions passed to be legally binding. The quorum for this meeting is 100 debenture holders. If the quorum is not reached within 30 minutes after the scheduled start time\, the AGM will need to be rescheduled. Establishing a quorum is crucial for good governance as it ensures that decisions are made with sufficient representation of the debenture holders.\n\n\n\nDownload QR Code\n                Print QR Code
