Insights from Our Board and Leadership Retreat

This weekend, the FIS Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors met for a hands-on retreat.

We dove deep into the results from the community-wide strategic survey and discussed how to translate that feedback directly into the school's strategic plan. It was a productive session of candid discussion, all centered on serving the FIS community.

We also got to see the impressive FIS MUN conference in action. A huge congratulations to the students and organizers—our future leaders are already excelling.
