French National Sport at School Day Celebrations

9 October 2025

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, our TKO campus celebrated National School Sport Day (JNSS) under this year's theme, "The Pleasure of Sport First!" The event, which also highlighted our school's Génération 2030 label, was a vibrant success for our CE1, CE2, and Y4 students.

The day was filled with cooperative spirit and fun, perfectly setting the tone for the new school year. Our CE1 F students took the lead by teaching a series of collective games to their peers. The three chosen games - a running relay and two caterpillar-ball relay races- were a hit with everyone! Not only were they incredibly fun, but they also helped develop the children's observation skills and coordination. The sight of the "caterpillar" moving the ball was a delight, made even more energetic with music cheering on our young athletes!

Not to be outdone, our CE2 E students choreographed a dance to get their entire Agora moving, kicking off the school day with joy and positivity. In the spirit of our inclusive school community, the dance was also adapted for people with reduced mobility. This allows every student to participate, and it has now become a part of our daily classroom routine as a Daily Physical Activity (APQ), much to the delight of our "motivated and confident" students.

The energy was contagious on the 3rd floor! And guess what? We even got our Primary School Principals from both streams dancing in their offices!

Stay tuned for more wonderful community moments to come!
