• • BLEMISH RETOUCH / LIGHT MAKE-UP SERVICE: Blemish retouch and light makeup are add-on services only. They must be paired with a print or softcopy selection. No product will be delivered if only an add-on is chosen.
  • ORDER VERIFICATION: Before submitting your order, please double-check it carefully. Any cancellation or modification of order details will incur a “HK$150 administration charge”.
  • ABSENT STUDENT: One time free studio headshot for absent students–by appointment only.  Service to shoot & edit an absent student into a class/group photo costs HK$250/image/version with advance payment and appointment.
  • SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: For all individual photo images, there’s a one-time free re-take at our studio by appointment within three months.
  • COURIER SERVICE: We offer Onetime FREE local courier service only.  Returned or Studio Self-pickup orders are kept for up to 6 months; reordering is required afterward without a refund.  Resending a returned order incurs a $150 admin and posting fee.
