Our security implementation plan

As part of our safety plan, we recently conducted two essential exercises: a lockdown drill and an intrusion drill. These simulations allowed us to test and improve our security procedures, while also raising awareness among students and staff about the actions to take in case of an emergency.
Lockdown exercise
The lockdown exercise was conducted to prepare the school for a situation where it would be necessary to keep students and staff inside the buildings, for instance in the event of an external threat or extreme weather conditions.
During this exercise, students were informed of the safety instructions and procedures to follow. The teachers played a crucial role in guiding the students, ensuring that everyone remained calm and safe. The administrative staff coordinated internal and external communications, ensuring the effective management of the exercise.
Intrusion exercise
The intrusion exercise was designed to test the responsiveness of both staff and students to a potential threat.
During the exercise, an intrusion scenario was simulated. Teachers quickly locked doors and windows, ensuring that the students remained safely out of sight. The security personnel played a key role in monitoring access points and coordinating protective actions.
Feedback from these two exercises was positive. During each 15-minute exercise, the students demonstrated a good understanding of the instructions and followed them with seriousness.
These safety exercises are important steps in strengthening the security of our school. They allow us to test our procedures, identify areas for improvement, and raise awareness among students and staff about the actions to take in case of an emergency. We will continue to work on these aspects to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
