Showing Appreciation: A Heartfelt Thank-You to Our FIS Team
Before the Lunar New Year break, our community came together in the sweetest way. FISCA, our group of volunteer parents, organized a Staff Appreciation Day, marked by the distribution of homemade cakes generously prepared by our families across all our campuses. It was a warm and delicious reminder of the strong bond between our parents and our staff.
Building on this wonderful initiative, we wanted to carry that spirit into the new year. Throughout the first week back after the Lunar New Year Break, we started each morning with a special touch for our colleagues: a heartfelt video thank-you message from Board members, fresh flowers to brighten up the offices, traditional red envelopes for good fortune, and a welcome spread of fresh fruit, pastries, and juice to kick-start the day.
To close the week on a high note, every member of our team received an LFI x New Balance t-shirt in our school colors—a symbol of our gratitude and the #ProudToBeFIS spirit that unites us all.
