After an intense week of induction, they have quickly settled in and are starting their journey at FIS with great enthusiasm. Welcome to them!
Taller, more mature, and sporting new haircuts and shoes, the whole secondary school team is thrilled to reconnect with the students on the TKO and BPR campuses after the summer break. Across our two campuses, the French secondary section now has just over 600 students in 28 classes and 195 groups!
On Friday, 30th August, we held an integration day for our new sixth form students. A special article will be dedicated to this event, so do take a look at the photos and the team-building activities organised by our health department and PE teachers!
As is often the case in Hong Kong, the new school year has brought a typhoon, and Yagi has arrived. Thanks to the protocol established last year by the Victor Segalen Council, we were able to maintain high-quality distance learning. We were well-prepared for this eventuality!
As I write this, the 2nde classes are enjoying their integration day. We hope this time of discovery and collaboration will help forge strong bonds between them, as we know these connections are vital for their personal and academic development.
In the coming weeks, we will have the opportunity to meet families at the parent-teacher meetings. We hope to see many parents there!
