Chinese New Year Project with Mayaa

We are excited to present our joint project between the CVC (Student Life Council) of Blue Pool Road and TKO secondary. In collaboration with the Mayaa association, we are organizing a collection of "little gifts" for a local primary school, Man Kiu Association Primary School in Ngau Tau Kok, which welcome 600 students aged 6 to 12 from underprivileged backgrounds.

Donation collection from 6 January to 20 January

The collection will start on Monday 6 January and will continue until Monday 20 January 2025, involving our entire community across our four campuses.

Boxes will be available at the Student Life office on each campus for students, parents, and staff members to drop off supplies.

Distribution of gifts by our students on 24 January

This project will be a wonderful opportunity for our students to interact with local children and experience a shared commitment to helping others. We will meet the children before the Chinese New Year during the Cultural Day, which will take place on 24 January 24, 2025. Our students will offer fun activities centered around French culture, allowing the children to "earn" the collected materials.
