Fort FIS: Learning French by Taking on Challenges

To celebrate the Francophonie Week, our primary French as a Foreign Language (FLE) teams took inspiration from the famous TV show Fort Boyard to launch the first-ever edition of Fort FIS.

Students worked in teams to take on five challenges, each representing one of the five continents of the Francophonie. With every successfully completed challenge, they earned a stamp on their map and moved one step closer to opening the treasure chest.

This fun and unifying adventure brought our entire community together around the richness of the French language. It was a wonderful reflection of the #OneFIS spirit, as the activity was offered across all three of our primary campuses to students in both the French and International streams.
